I suggest that the skill Dual Wielding should be lowered to level 1 from level 20 for warriors, rogues and hunters. And other classes that can dual-wield, in the same way as armour-skills (Mail for shaman/hunter and plate for paladin/warrior.) have been lowered from lvl 40 to 1.
It's annoying that i have to level manually from lvl 1 to 20, OR beg for gold if I want a character able to dual-wield. (I am a peon.)
