* Duration that character will be used: Persistent until she dies.

* Purpose for the character/NPC: Neutral faction RP, treasure/artifact hunting events

* Location the character/NPC will reside: Around neutral cities, mostly around Outland.

* Level requested: 85 So I won't be torn apart by mobs.

* Any special equipment needed: Fiery Retributer and Continuum Blade
