As Grakor said, we make a list onto what presents we would like. Grak/Kret/whateverGMchoosesto gives the presents in the order.
If the first is acceptable, you get it. If not, they look at the second. If the second is acceptable, you get it. If not, they look at the next. And so on.
I idly wonder whether we need to be online or something at a particular timing to obtain our Winter Veil gifts.
Or would it be mailed? Even BoPs?

Just a note for those wanting titles - they cannot be done if your character is offline. Therefore, I'd suggest to put up a ticket on that character and whenever you see Grak or me online, send one of us a whisper.
Check the spreadsheet to see if this applies to you (ie, if your title request was accepted).
