the little box icon next to my profile post, what does the little check mean? and may i request that someone checks my character profile? if so it's Ranorak Souta.

The check means that you posted in that topic, and no, you may not. Profiles are reviewed in a specific order.

Well, can I suggest we have a more detailed Key? Some Icons are hard to work out. That's my 2p.

I figure the key at the bottom is enough.
