Thought I'd just put this up here, as some people haven't seen it yet.

To install the patch:

World of Warcraft Folder ---> Data(Paste the file in here. Restart WoW, and you should be good to go.)

The downside is that it makes character creation a little difficult. The different rot marks and such don't appear with this patch, so you could very well end up making an undead with a few rot marks... that is in fact missing a jaw.

So long as you're sure to check into that stuff (using model viewer to line it up at a barbershop or with help from a friend) it's pretty neat.
