Purpose for the character/NPC: The character is to assist me when roleplaying encounters that involve necromancers that are RPing with myself or members of the Coven, or else otherwise to trigger encounters at areas that ghouls have been placed to guard.
I expect this character to die numerous times and will be re-using him for different encounters as a different ghoul, the purpose is mostly to add a visual element to it all as opposed to operating purely via text.
Location the character/NPC will reside: Generally Raven Hill and the surrounding areas.
