I don't know if this is possible, but here we go.

Is it possible to change the female blood elf salute to look less snide. Maybe change it to look like the male blood elf salute.

Unfortunately no. :C We cannot manipulate any of the spells within the DB. If we did..I think it would take -a lot- of work.
