Seeing as how we have human boats, Blood Elf boats, Night Elf boats, and them some, why not Forsaken boats? Best part is that with fruitful use of imagination and no boat actually has to be spawned, we can just use this one unoccupied dinghy off the coast of Howling Fjord.
Now with my judicious and elegant use of mspaint, behold this grand scheme visually represented.
If someone wants to create an entirely new location out in the great pixel sea of Azeroth that's pretty awesome too.
