It really makes me sad that no one recognizes the Disgaea characters I put as my Avatar. It's a really great Strategy RPG series and I really wish it was more of a popular game. Here's a trailer for their (Nippon Ichi Software) latest game, Disgaea 4. (PS: Only the trailer has Japanese text ingame, it's all in english in the North American release xD)
Disgaea is in it's core form a Strategy Role-playing Game such as Final Fantasy Tactics if you've ever played that. It goes way beyond that though, with the characters level cap being 9999 and being able to do over 100 Million damage in the most ridiculous ways possible.
Another great feature is the voice acting in the cut scenes throughout the main storyline of all the games. The writing is cheesy, but in a fun way, and will keep you entertained when you're not busy dominating monsters.
I really do hope people will at least look into this game series, because playing any of the four games is an experience you will never forget :>
