Just as a bump -

Despite the support that half-breeds (both NPC and PC) have received, judging from the two polls, I'm afraid I'm still just not prepared to start integrating or allowing them. Therefore, I'm afraid they will still remain disallowed.

I have no problem with this choice, personally.

No problem here either. It's just that this... sort of came out of the blue.
