Conquest of the Horde

Okay, so I know there's probably a forum somewhere about this, but the net is being slow tonight for some reason and I'm needing to know something...

I signed up for CotH back in 2010, and I realize after a good while, inactive accounts are wiped or IPs are banned. That's my problem... my IP is banned. I know this is more than likely standard protocol, but I'm curious as to how I go about getting un-banned. My account name was Kaboomsplode as well, and I've set up everything right... except I cannot log in. When I try to make a new account, it tells me I'm banned. What must I do to get my IP unbanned? I do believe I haven't done anything to deserve it, unless I'm completely oblivious to something else.

What is the exact 'banned' message you are being told by the server? (When trying to log in, obviously)

You've had 11 failed login attempts since your last login back in 2010. After a certain amount of failed logins, the server automatically suspends attempted logins from your current IP (that you're attempting to log in from) for a bit. The message you're getting should actually say that your account is temporarily suspended or the like, rather than permanently banned.

Assuming you still use the same email address, I'd highly recommend to reset your password via the Account Management site.
