I downloaded cataclysm and have been playing with no problem really and then I just started to periodically get these Wow Errors crashing the game it reads as follows

Where were you ingame when these crashes started to happen?

I flew over uldum, and they started happening. But now i'm on another char and its happening there too So I don't know if I have to redownload or re-extract or what

Delete your Cache folder. Maybe it fixes the crashes.
Or, maybe you have some custom patches in your data folder? Try deleting them, if the cache stuff doesn't work. :3

Just in case someone else has this problem or a similar one deleting the Cache folder worked.
