Conquest of the Horde

I have just returned from a large absence and with the new Cata patch I'm totally lost.
My characters are gone, which is not that big of a problem but I would like to renew them. Where is the big OOC hub/ Onixia's lair?

The new OOC hub is now GM Island, which has no texture for the ground.

And the character? I had one approved character, Theocratus
