"You know Jaime, sometimes I think we are lucky. But then - I look at everything..."

Richard sighed, "Are we really heroes? Are we really all that important? Did we make a difference?"

Jaime coughed slightly, "Eh... I don't know Richard, I really don't know. But I think since we made it this far? Just maybe we did make a difference."

Richard looked to Jaime, "Sure we got recognized, sure we were promoted and won battles. Sure we killed in the name of the Alliance - but did we really do something great?"

The silence fell over them as they sat on the field, backs against a hill. Richard began laughing slightly, "I mean, man. Jaime, at least you got the girl. - But what about everyone who died? Did they make a difference too?"

Ramirez bowed his head slightly, "Everyone who died, died doing their job. Their sacrifice got us here didn't it Richard? We were able to finish the fight."

Jaime looked at his helmet which sat across from them, it gleamed in the sunlight. His sword and shield sitting near it, "Richard, for every friend we lost we also saved a hundred lives. Maybe more."

Richard looked to the sky, "And, you think they are with the Light now right? They died doing good, like we will some day?"

"Die doing good? I am just following orders Richard."

They looked to each other, Richard sighing, "Yeah... Just following orders."
