Conquest of the Horde

Server restarted to push a rev update as well as test a database addition - notably, characters should automatically start with Master Riding skill, Cold Weather Flying, Flight Master's License, and a Magic Broom mount to assist with traversing the world on new characters!
(Rest assured, this is recursive as well! So existing characters will get any spells of the above that they don't already have!)

The broom is back! I can jump off of high ledges and activate it just before I hit the ground to look awesome!
