As a long time horde lover, I would love to see more horde RP, but they are right about spreading our selves too thin.
I wonder if there would be any way to consolidate the existing horde guilds into one bigger guild. Perhaps something that could show more national pride like the stormwind army.

I think there really should be a middle ground - you'll just quash lots of RP by trying to jam all the guilds together to form some kind of greater unity among horde players. Instead, I think the Deadeye Watchers should be considered more 'legitimate' in terms of their authority, as they're probably the most prominent Horde guild. Then, as normal, all the other more niche guilds (Forsaken groups, Horde-focused groups with specific aims, etc) can just be radially plopped around that so that nobody misses out.
Ahem. I just want to say one thing...
Members of the Horde, lay down your arms and let the Alliance help your lands by ridding them of you....

Oh noooo, the Alliance has invaded! (Seriously though. Idea might work. Might not. It'd need a good following and the right people behind it to make sure everything falls into place.)
I'd be down for rolling an Orc if this gets off the ground.
