Goblin Rocket Fuel is needed to make one of the neater little trinkets for a person making an engineer, the goblin dragon gun. The -sad- part about this...
You need someone to craft it. It's an alchemy thing, however, it's so bleedin' hard to find someone who actually does that profession. I humbly request that goblin rocket fuel be added to the vendor. There's other recipes that use this too, and I think it might be beneficial to have!
