Purpose for the character/NPC: RP with horde that wouldn't normally see a Dark Ranger fighting alongside them. She'll be used to start minievents and perhaps a chain of events. I plan to use her to get the old horde groups that stay there to see that the undead are a good ally.
Location the character/NPC will reside: All around Kalimdor. With the Orcs/trolls/Tauren forces attacking Tol'Barad, it would make sense for the Elves and the Undead to send forces over.
