Aroes and I have seven days to die, and I got around to wondering if anyone else would like to join us for some zombie voxel-based shenanigans.
You know. At a skim, this sentence is one to make your heart skip a beat and go "WHAT?"

And then you read the rest of it. :|
I have been looking at this game for some time now but have yet to put forth the cash. Do you believe it is worth it?

I'm sorry I couldn't resist.
At this point, I'd say it's more of a 15-20 dollar game; Not really worth the 35 dollar price tag its got at the moment. They're doing what Minecraft did in that they're releasing the game in an early alpha state and using the money they get from that to build it up to a production level game. If you like how it looks and you wanna mess around, and be involved in the game from the beginning then I'd say get it.

Might be better off waiting and really getting to enjoy it to its fullest when it's polished. Multiplayer is kinda hard to figure out right now, and it's only eight players max on a server, so it can get a bit boring rather quick now and then.
I was planning on just waiting till it was greenlighted and then buy it from steam. Last I checked it had roughly fourteen more days till it actually hit the steam store.
