So, Wildhammer dwarves are awesome. What's especially awesome? Their Pictish facial markings!

Sadly, these are not available to use in character creation, or the barber shop. Is there any way to get these as an item like the other tattoos?

They're actually an entirely different face skin, afaik. You'd have to have your character model swapped to use the markings, probably!

That is true. Easily confirmed by WMV. Its not only an entire Face skin, its an entire Body skin. It is under Skintones in the MPQ file.
