Our haunting past

Death's Watch demon above Auchindoun Wrote:What is this? Memories I recognize. Tell me anchorite, do you miss her?
Ahmat still dreams in the gardens of her home... dreaming that her father will begin to love her!

The ruins of Karabor has long haunted the pilgrimage with its lost glory and former gravity within the draenei society. Now the time has come and the path leads into the Black Temple for those brave enough to join the pilgrims.

Synopsis
Anchorite Telah reveals his decision to leave for the temple of Karabor and grasping at chance to perhaps see his daughter once again. It was also decided that the venture shall cleanse a corner of the sacred grounds from the corruption of the Burning Legion.

In the eastern corner of Terokkar, at the fringes of Shadowmoon territory, a keeper of the Sha'tar hands over a mysteriously dense chest to the pilgrims. She claimed it contained one of the most important artifacts to the Exiled Ones and it would aid in the risky endeavor.

The pilgrims braved the fel-tinged and ashen wastes of the valley and very soon suspect they are stalked by something that remains unseen. Below the ruins of Baa'ri they are attacked by a pack of mutated beasts and demons. They reach the Altar of Sha'tar without any casualties.

By finding their way into the subterranean waterways of Karabor, the pilgrims snuck into the ruins without attracting too much attention. Naga remnants suffering from strange mutations almost enslaved some with their beautiful and alluring voices. Spirits haunted the grounds they crossed, stuck in moments of the past and more or less unaware of the pilgrims. In the end Allira and Kapre were asked to leave the party and fulfill a greater quest - tend to their children.

In one of the deepest and most hidden corners the pilgrims found the fiend who had pulled their strings all along - Tzakeel the Silently Mourning Mother. Empowered by a piece of the original Ata'mal they brought the wrath of the Light upon the demonic servants. But their quest was not without sacrifices and it's with heads lowered in sorrow that they leave Karabor, they shrine they consecrated and the final freedom they gave to countless of draenei, living and dead.
