As for the chat channel idea, I'm afraid that won't work; It'll forget it when you log off and log back in, so really you might as well just make a macro to join the normal channels. Dunno if that works actually, I've never really looked into it.

Is there an OOC portal in the estate? I can't seem to find it, if there is.

Yup. The coach driver is the OOC teleporter. If requested I can spawn a few more of him or some actual portals around the estate for convenient access.

Furnished up the top floor of the mage tower and added a railing to the walkway along the entrance to the gardens. May do some more edits later, but since this was already a few hours time put in I may wait until tomorrow for more. A bit hampered due to the different set-up I've got going at the moment.
