Not sure if possible to do; @Kretol, is it possible to make the off-hand books (From Gloria the frills collector) into one-hand books so they can be used in either hand and say, paired up with a shield or such? Book/shield combo, book/torch, book/yougettheidea.
Not sure how ugly they start looking when its done, probably look like they are held in the wrong hand but as long as they don't flip upside down, it should be doable to look at! Perhaps the same magic can be worked on other items she has as well, but personally, I'd be happy with just the books.
