I have a wow client updated all the way but i can't for the life of me find a realmlist or a different WoW installer with it already there. It's quite frustrating because this seems like a great private server.

A DMCA notice means that the owner of copyrighted content requests that the content be removed or taken down from a website. The notice was issued to the ISP on behalf of Blizzard and then relayed to Kretol for compliance.
As you can see in the thread that I linked, the server had to go offline in order to comply with the notice. There is no realmlist, there are no clients hosted on the server, and there is nothing to which to connect.
We are, however, pursuing other options for roleplay.
