Conquest of the Horde

So I just sent the link to this website to a friend of mine. He checks it out, and as it turns out, he's been permabanned. He's never come to this site or played on this server before. His IP is 125.255.12.207. Could you tell me who the person is who used this IP previously and why they were banned?

And while I'm at it, would it be possible to unban him if it wasn't him? He's really interested in playing on a decent RP server.

At some point there were a -lot- of bots that were being nuisances and all of their IP addresses were starting with 125.255, so I had added in a ban 'mask' to keep from adding the IPs one by one.
