Just imagine how some combinations of races would end. like.
Troll and Night elf= Bigtoothed Night elf.
Here is my own.
Human+ Blood elf= A battlemage
Night elf+ A beaver = A new druid tranformation.

Humans and gnomes = smarter dwarves!
Goblins and orcs = New Gorks, like dwarves but goblin like
Ogre and a night elf = imagine the size of bear form on a druid!
Blood Elf and Forest trolls = OMG wood elves with tusks and russian/jamican accents!

Gnome + Ogre = Loads of fun.
Night Elf + Tauren = Elf with horns, Cow with long, purple ears.
Murloc+Furlbog= Furloc: A huge furry murloc with Claws!
Barrens Giraffe+Nether Drake= Awesome flying long necked scaly space giraffe sort of creature.
That would be a cool mount...

Ogre and human. Half-ogres. Large bulky humans, strong and fierce. Average intelligence, though outcasts of both human and ogre society. Could with a good portion of luck blend into human society by masquerading as a very large human, though their horns and tusks often give them away. The half-ogre magi would be very clever and cunning, possessing human reasoning and guile, yet also the innate dark shamanistic nature of the ogres. They are neither naturally evil nor good, and often hire themselves out as mercenaries without considering moral consequences.
Murloc + Dwarf = Murf (don't ask). A small, slimy dwarf with a scraggy beard and big bulbous eyes, extremely fond of carving scrimshaw into ornate structures that, sadly due to murloc stupidity, tends to collapse within a week of completion. They wear small hawaiian shirts and live of a diet mainly consisting of beer brewed on sea water and raw molluscs.
Murloc + Dragon = Muuuragon, a giant murloc like humanoid with draconic features that has massive serrated claws, a massive toothy maw that blasts fire. It also has the thick hide of a dragon and speed and ferocity of a murloc, combine that with the cunning and intellect of a dragon. Ouch... it can fly too.
Hogger + Murloc = Global Destruction of Azeroth and What ever is left of Outland.
You can not top that gentlefolks.
Moonkin crossed with a dragon.
Ninja + Wizard = NINJAWIZARDS.
Or...
Pirates + Ninjas = PINJAS.
Edit: On a WoW note, I would like to see a murloc / gnoll.
