5 and a half hours spent tinkering with my computer towers, new motherboard and stuff, and what did it get me? Two and a half computers sprawled across my room and a make-shift repair job, with the new motherboard and stuff still not in my computer. I thinking, the reasoning is that my power supply doesn't have what it takes since the little light on the motherboard would turn on but not the computer itself. Either that or I just suck at connecting things.
Did you try the manual?

Oh! I know! Call support.

Bahahahah.

Followed the manual.
Pfft, I´ve never seen a manual that´s been to more help than harm. I just use common sense! It works most of the time... or well, from time to time.
Call in Blizzard Support.
Motherboards are complex and I'm glad I never have to change them. In fact, I'd prefer to just leave them in computers I work on so I never mess anything up. Do the easiest thing first and make -sure- that motherboard is in right. Also might help to check power supply on the computer. If you still have no luck your manual should have something about power requirements and you can see if whatever your using matches up.
Yeah, the power supply was my guess too, since I upgraded to a kickass motherboard, I'd assume I'd need a kickass power supply to run it, and as things are now, I don't have that.
