Oh well!

At least the Sir Zeliek was supposed to be some really extraordinary super pious guy, so that could explain him.

One thing we have to remember that Blizzard doesn´t always leave explanations for lore misshaps, ret-cons, changes and additions, often it is up to us, the players, to try to make imagine some kind of sense to the whole situation.
Touchseed Wrote:The Levels act as symbols in this case. A Death Knight doesn't go through a baby stage, like other classes. A Death Knights baby stages are at the same level of a 'Trained' or 'Disciplined' class like a Hunter or Mage. Death Knights, right out of the box, are hardened killing machines. The Lich King wouldn't have it any other way.

That's what I was going for, I wasn't saying that a "level one" is weaker than an 80, what I was saying is that ICly, Deathknights start out with an advantage. Like Touch says here, I was saying is as a symbol of how a warrior starts out with training, compared to a DK.
On the note of pure luck in D&D isnt our combat system similar? But that isnt the point.
