I came to think of, how old is Orgrimmar? Someone told me 7 years but isn't that when WoW started? and that's like 4 or 5 years back...
It would be 6 or 7.
Wow is four years after the frozen throne.
Burning Crusade is a year after that.
Wrath is another year later.

Something to remember is that time WoW has been active does not reflect actual lore time.
Vanilla wow was active for far longer than the year it takes lorewise to start the burning crusade.
It does get a tad confusing at times, but there's a timechart on the forum here somewhere. =)
(At least, I'm pretty sure I saw one. Else I have my own backup version laying around I made ages ago. :P)
