Conquest of the Horde

Well, just a quick question:

Although Shadowmeld is removed from the Night Elf spell book (which is odd considering they have another racial which upgrades it), do we still have it? Or better yet, can we use it IC?

By D20 rules, Shadowmeld just makes it easier to hide during low light situations or at night. So if you RP it out as that, I doubt anybody would object.
