The ticket-system in-game is temporarily down. I'm testing a new server revision (getting all the updates that have been pushed out for the past... well, probably couple weeks), but there's an issue with the ticket queue. Just an FYI.

Another old bug resurfaced. Every time you relog, you leave chat and lookingforgroup gets set to invisible.
No longer an issue! (Belated reply)
