Conquest of the Horde

After finding many flaws with the WotLK FlagRSP (the one on the downloads page of the forum) I've been recommended to get FlagRSP 2. Unfortunately the automatic install does not work and the link to the guide for manual installation doesn't work. Can someone help?

EDIT: Managed to find a promising looking different mirror that worked, but the addon's out of date. -.-
EDIT: Apparently every mirror I use gives me an out of date version.

You can still load out of date addons.
