Hi, before I do anything else, like log in or anything (though, I have yet to even be approved) I just want to be sure of a few things, for instance, which addons I am allowed to use. I would have attached a list of my currently used addons but it said that the extension .txt is not allowed, so I will have to type them out. My apologies for this incredibly long list of addons. If any of them are not allowed, please just let me know and I will disable them before I log in if I am approved.

I'd drop all the deadly boss mods ones and try again, those are likely candidates for a ban because of how much bandwidth they eat with their broadcast functions. Though just to be on the safe side, it'd be a lot easier to just delete all the ones you don't need for RP, you'll likely get them working far quicker that way.

Bear in mind that you have to make sure you don't have any addons that are updated for 3.1, either. They can cause issues.
As previously stated, it's a lot better to just disable -all- your addons that aren't RP-related, as they're really not necessary.
