Comments, suggestions, title ideas, etc. goes here.

On that note, we're mostly bringing up the trainers as we think people seriously want them. As there's only two of us playing mentors right now, we're trying to keep the numbers down. Still, if there's a title you want to see a trainer for, mention it and we'll consider it. Right now we know we're definitely putting up Berserker (already done), Blademaster, and Assassin soon.
I do have one... it is something, I'm not positive if anyone would want this, but I'll still suggest it.

I'm considering putting up the title of Gunmen... in lore they are pretty cool. You see I just would like the title for Kelenvar, and I'm not positive if anyone else would truly seek that title. They arn't exactly impossible to kill either. They just are rather good marksmen and can reload their weapon pretty quickly. After all, I just think people should also take into consideration the speed of bullets... it's the same as it is in real life. And thus they are hard to "dodge".
I do have one question. How are you going to get trainers for the classes that there arn't any trainers for yet?
Currently the only titles we are offering are the ones listed in the wiki, and we are looking mostly for titles that more than one player would be interested in.

As far as the trainers, there are more waiting in the wings, so to speak, They will be played by GMs until further notice.
*Still wishes he had his way with becoming the Blademaster trainer*
I really love the idea and I'm greatly looking forward to this. Opens up a lot of scope for character development, as it is I'm really eyeing the Demon Hunter in a big way, but I've got to get my character to the point where he even considers it, and why.

I also realise there's a bit of a problem for me as I'm in the UK and my online times don't always track with others. I guess it depends on how long the rp will/should be, and whether there's an opening for it. Again, I'm wanting to get my character up to even wanting to do it first and that would probably require some interaction with Demon Hunters in the first place. I am very interested in this, but again, I understand the logistics and timezones may prove problematic.

So much scope for rp here; it's a brilliant idea. Hats off to you for this.
Archmage would be neat for Gwendolyne!
I think it's pretty much a given what class Anar's going for. :p

I like the idea alot. I think the title would mean alot more if you earned it over time rather than being a self proclaimed demon hunter etc. Also people would treat the title with alot more respect... overall I think its a top notch idea.
I like the idea alot.
And I would like to know how to go about making a Necromancer.
Even if I have to do alot of stuff, Im willing to.
My char is going to take an even darker turn down the road and Necromancer fits it. :D
I am curious if the established players will be more likely for trainer options when you look for more trainers for the classes?

Iv been facinated by the Primal class, but im probobly the only one. ;)
I would like to add though...

Thank you to those people who PM'd me with the link to primals and insisting that the class is Sersay all over. I think she has potential for that class as well, however as it is not an avalable class, im not going after it. :p
Not directly related to any of the above posts but I wanted to put my bit here: at this point there are only two GMs available to roleplay being mentors. Roughly, each GM now has about four, or even five, characters they play - as mentors, as their normal rp characters, as well as everyday GM duties. That's a LOT on their plates right now, and what may happen at this time is no more titles are added until they train who is currently going through the training ordeals right now. I'm not pointing any accusing fingers at anyone, I'm just sayin'...they're working hard on this, there's a lot going on to make it all work, and therefore I don't expect any new titles to be added yet until they work out all the kinks of training players, roleplaying it out and what have you.

I am a special case as none of the GMs are familiar with Kaldorei, or willing to play them. And the only reason I'm doing it at all is because it was already an existing title which the GMs later realised none of them was willing to take on. But I'm an Alliance player (cursed though they may be!) and I've been playing Night Elves the entire time I've played WoW, so I got the job. Because I've a writing background and also was willing to do a lot of "playing alone", I was able to proceed with my character's own training, but each ability is discussed long before it ever sees the light of day - as a matter of fact the first ability Ameras will learn will hurt him more than it will hurt his opponent at first! I am an exception to the rule and I really don't expect anyone else will have the freedom I do at the moment as far as writing my own rites and training posts; I have to prove I am worthy of the confidence, and I accept that may take months. No, I don't know if I'll be taking on Demon Hunter mentorship officially, it's too early to say and right now that's not my aim. I'm just enjoying the ride.

Discussion and ideas for new titles is more than welcome, however it may be quite possible they won't see play until the current line is worked through, people are trained up, and there's a bit of breathing room for the GMs to take on another role. This is a new idea, and there's a lot behind the scenes going on to make everything work.
Don't annoy me about the Berserker thing, I didn't realize there was already one but heres some suggestions to additions to Berserkers and also the Sword Dancer idea.

The thing is, Steve, as has already been said, Besrker is already in play, and rogues have been deemed fine for the role; actually they're a good choice as they can dual wield and can put out a alot of DPS if you're just looking purely at it from a mechanics point of view. As far as Sword Dancer goes, there are already two blade-related titles which are up on the Wiki. A third might be considered redundant.

This is another one of those situations where it's not really about what might be "cool", but what people would actually play and pursue. If there's indeed interest in Sword Dancer and not in blademaster, then perhaps it will be added...but I think someone is up for Blademaster.
