Ok, I have expierence in this, my undead warlock, Jeriko was walking through Ashenvale and when I came upon two Night Elves it was set in stone I could be killed. Right away they attacked when they discovered I was undead and then they killed me and looked my corpse even.
Afew minutes later my Paladin was killed in Duskwood by bad RPer that decided to attack me with his buds, (Hell I was knocked out by a nut-shot critical then tossed to the ghouls.)

I lost two characters in about thirty minutes and I walkeded away fine, I knew the deaths came because I was at the wrong place at the wrong time, and I was killed.
I have to disagree with one point Krishana is trying to make.

I was involved in that RP, and yes, there was a chance for her to escape. I offered to let her get by Mikelus - it is believable enough because Mikelus would not be near as experienced as Krishana (concerning both characters' levels and, though I didn't know it at the time, their histories), and if she had one trick left (which she did, but she utilized it entirely wrong) she might have been able to use it to get by him, get further into the woods, mount and withdraw. She did not take that chance. It may have been because the guard character involved insisted that the character be killed due to the proximity to Stormwind.

Mikelus became involved because, as he left Stormwind to find some copper veins throughout Elwynn, he spotted the confrontation in an expanse of grass very close to the road. Next thing I know, we have probably almost every active Alliance character present.

Krishana stated that there 'were no Horde online' to RP with. However, for the past hour and a half at least before the event took place, I was updating my 'Who' list frequently, and saw that there were several Horde characters in the Barrens. The guardsman also pointed this out.

Just thought what little information I have on the ordeal might be useful. I did not want to see her character killed off, and I understood that the RP combat was pre-arranged, but to the guardsman it must have seemed that there was little choice. I do not know what happened beyond Krishana being taken off (by either the guards in question or the trio that approached to 'buy her off of them'). The event did take place within sight of the Stormwind city gates.
Drawing on my previous statement, I think this is all that has to be done:

If you're in a dangerous situation, accept the possible consequences. If you're a Blood Elf in Elwynn, realistically, if -one- person sees you and runs off, telling the guards, you've got a man/womanhunt on your hands. And that's just if they run off.

And I'm not posting again, I have no wish to continue this argument/conversation.
I saw this event, when Krishana tried to run, another player denied her that option...she tried running atleast twice (I was semi AFK) and both times the other player denied her that. I'd be upset if I was in her shoes too.

I agree. If she was offered the option to run not once but TWICE! And was denied. She should be set free, and/ or at least forget this whole thing ever happen.
This really has been turned into, "He-said-she-said." So I vote that everyone drops it. Let the GMs handle this, it is after all, in their hypothetical job descriptions.
Also the numerous rp following her being taken into custody and then swept under the rug.
Since this is being pounded into the ground, and isn't the first time something like this has been brought up, locked for now.
