Conquest of the Horde

I want to post something in the In Character forum, though I have a question.

I see a lot of posts there with notes at the top saying they were approved by a GM. Does this mean I need to get anything I want to post there approved first? I checked around and can't find anything on the matter in the rules or on the wiki.

Those are posts for people trying to earn a prestige title, which involves a congregation of storyline like posts of the characters training to become one.
