Conquest of the Horde

After being on retail I grew to miss CotH, RP just can't compare from retail to this, so I decided to delete some files and make a copy of my WoW folder, heres the question, When patching up retail from the launcher, will that patch up both folders, or must I do it manually?

This post would have been much better made in the Techincal Section,

But, it will not patch up both folders, only the one the launcher is in, as it only looks at the files underneath it in the system structure.

Thats my fault, I'll remember to put it in the right place next time, but thanks for your help!
