From what I've read you must have a pretty good understanding of lore to fit in nicely, I understand most of it.
The only problem is I have learned to role play, over the past few months, in a guild called <Disciples of Chaos> [on a different server] That focused on the gods of Chaos, Nurgle, Tzeentch, Khorne, and Slaanesh. Many of the roleplayers accepted the guild and didn't mind it. The guild was well maintained and did not god mod.
If the same thing was replicated, could it be made on this server? The only difference would be the demeanor of the player, and their over-all goals.
Yes I do understand this is pulling in Warhammer lore into Warcraft, but didn't many cultures worship gods no one else did? Each person should be given the ability to openly choose that.
If it is too outside of lore, I will drop it, if not... I will gladly carry it out. There will be no godmodding, only IC tattoos, symbols, daemons [usually benign], and extra powers [to each class, warriors of Slaanesh will be given a small amount of speed, followers of Nurgle would be given the power of decay--Warlocks and DK's only in this aspect.--] would be given. And these would be sparring, and only given to those who earned them through IC.

Yup.

Unfortunately, that's generally very frowned upon, and is cohesively against the rules, tying lore from non Warcraft sources into WoW. Of course, you're welcome to start a cult that doesn't tie it in, as long as the lore of the Warhammer Chaos gods I know all too much about is kicked around to remove the Warhammer element. Your character can believe that the universe was created by sentient god machines for all as we are concerned, but when it ties from another lore source, it's pushing it a leetal past the line.
So what you're saying is I can make a cult, it just can't be with Warhammer gods? I can deal with that, just as long as I can pull what ever gods I want in... I'll just make them up and tie them in, it should make for an interesting back story, thanks.
The best way could be to make a cult that worships the Old Gods, they are pretty evil, interesting and all that plus clearly established in WoW lore. THink there even is one of those Cults around already, for players too.
Entropy's Edge is a cult of the Old Gods just no one is interested in it...
I'll think about it, I dont want to make something no one will participate in.
Where is information on these old gods anyways? I was told they are akin to Lovecraft's Old Ones.
I'm just going to google it, they had whole websites dedicated to chaos, why not the old gods? :]
From what i'm reading they don't sound like too much fun to worship.

You typically have to be a fan of Lovecraftian literature to find the Old Gods remotely interesting, but my point remains that your characters can believe anything they truly want to believe, as long as it's not tying in outside Lore sources. Azeroth was created by Giant Murlocs? You bet. It's all up to you.
Giant Murlocs, I like that... Mind if I use it? No wait... Let's say there was a giant Murloc god, who had little murlocians that did his bidding, but then, he got tired of hearing "Rhagalagalagalaglalgalgalgla." All day long so he made the people in Azeroth, then the outlands, then Northrend.
Yup, that's how it happened.

1. Roll crazy messiah
2. Create complex system of belief involving giant Murloc gods
3. Gain followers
4. Confine followers in an isolated town in Westfall
5. ?
6. Profit...?
7. Have the gnome special forces come in and bust it up.
8. Get shot.
9. Lather, Rinse, repeat.

You forgot 3,5.

3,5. Buy all socks on Azeroth and transform them into sock puppets.
