Alot have people have been discussing Worgen, and some Goblins, As most people will know these are Cataclysm races. I saw that someone said they are changing a character to a worgen instead of human after the restart, and other people saying thing like that.
Will these be available?
Or are these people just planning to apply for a special profile and get model changed into a Worgen...

Most likely the second option. Cata hasn't come out yet, and the restart is happening before Cata comes out.
