Alexas provides an awesome foil for Anna. Snooty rich mage princess vs country girl priest/paladin. And they're BFFs. D'aw.
Kari is hilarious. It's like Alexas' princessness on sterioids. Out in the wilds.
Calandil...Calandil makes me think of the song Walk This Way. You know why.
I liked Aliana's lack of knowledge about human culture. Oh, marriage.
