How am I doing as a GM so far? I'm super new at it and I'm sure that there's plenty that I could improve upon, so don't hold anything back. And of course, how am I doing as a RPer? At an OOC level?

Feels weird to be a newb all over again doesn't it? I enjoy the fact we seem to have similar small-scale goals, ideas and our own events. For lack of better words, I don't think either one of us should feel threatened by that. I think we can find strength in our similarities. We're part of this team and I know you've got my back like everyone else does.

Your demeanor seems professional. It is both admirable and intimidating to me.

Judging by what I see in the Skype channels, since I'm not always in-game (and I hope to change that very soon).

You're doing great. You're being very proactive in getting out there, helping GMs and players, and you're picking up commands far faster than I am, and learning just how important some commands are faster than I am (Hello, temp commands). Keep doing your thing, man. I will repeat what I said before: You're doing great.

You seem to be a total sweetheart, though a tad hard to catch for RP. Maybe Ithildess and Ce will brew conflict where we seem to have missed out with Roux and Ce!

Bump! I've changed the OP a little, but it's been a little under a year since I've seen some feedback and I'd like to know what people think of me in the present. I've felt a little estranged about my niche in the server ever since I demoted myself and sort of disappeared for a month, so there's that.
