Custom Patch error
#1
So I'm trying to install the custom patch, but whenever I try to run WoWPatcher(15595)nossc.exe I get this error:
I have full admin permissions on my account, and the solutions I've tried from the net aren't helpful at all.

Judging from the path in the title bar, it would appear that you are attempting to run the patcher in the data subdirectory instead of the base WoW folder. Try moving it to the root WoW directory where the Wow.exe file is and then running it (if my presumption is correct, that is).

Try to never just say, "My character isn't interested in that adventure." A lot of people mistake this for good roleplaying, because you are asserting your character's personality. Wrong. Good roleplaying should never bring the game to a screeching halt. One of your jobs as a player is to come up with a reason why your character would be interested in a plot. After all, your personality is entirely in your hands, not the DM's. Come up with a reason why the adventure (or the reward) might appeal to you, no matter how esoteric or roundabout the reasoning. -(Source)

Nope, still getting the same message in the main folder, in fact it won't even let me extract to the folder unless I put the zip into that folder and "Extract here".

That should not happen. It sounds like you may have the folders or files in there set to read-only. Try right clicking the WoW folder itself, go to properties, and ensure the read only checkbox is unchecked.
