I don't have much to say regarding the guild, but I do have a recommendation concerning how you've formatted your initial post. Be wary of what colors are utilized for text: certain colors are exceedingly difficult to read on a dark background -- and this difficulty increases in tandem with your audience's age.

In particular, the blue text is impossible for me to read without highlighting the text and the purple requires some effort as well.

The purple is meant to be hard to read... that's how he is hearing it.

If you want your readers to understand the message OOC, make it clearer to read. It's simply a matter of internet etiquette.
