I don't have much to say regarding the guild, but I do have a recommendation concerning how you've formatted your initial post. Be wary of what colors are utilized for text: certain colors are exceedingly difficult to read on a dark background -- and this difficulty increases in tandem with your audience's age.

In particular, the blue text is impossible for me to read without highlighting the text and the purple requires some effort as well.
