First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
Well first, let me say hello! My name's Ryan and feel free to call me so OOC. I've been RPing for about...at least 8-10 years now I'd say. Terrible how I got into it, really...I had just randomly been on AIM and I don't exactly how it happened but this person asked if I roleplayed, I had no idea what it was at the time and she explained it to me, so I said I'd try it. I knew nothing about it really, so I RPed as Gene Starwind from outlaw star, haha...and that's when I fell in love with it.
Aside from that I've been playing wow for about 4 years now. I love the MMO and I loved W3 and everything about it appeals to me (At least most of the time.) I've never found an MMO I've liked better.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
I come from the united states! My primary language is english, and unfortunately I'm not bi or multi-lingual. Sadfaces.
How did you get into Warcraft?: I had heard about WoW and just decided to try it. Haha. I actually played WoW before I played W3. But everything about both games was very cool, very immersive, and I just can't get enough. :P
What made you seek our server over others?: The idea of a server being dedicated to RPing seemed very inticing. I had always wished people would have RPed more on even the retail WoW servers, and so this just seemed like a very well put together RPing fest of greatness+10. <3
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I generally, truly, enjoy all kinds of RP. I'd have to say I do like the bar setting RP, or around-the-town chat, or something of that sort, but don't get me wrong, I'll hop on my horse and adventure with the best of them! :P
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
Heh. I'd have to say humans and paladins. Humans because they're so proud and stubborn and while smart, do mess up. Paladins due to their righteous behavior and their need to try and be a peacekeeper, in my opinion.
What are your expectations of this server?:
I'm honestly expecting a very profession and fun RP environment, the likes which I've never seen before. :P
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
I really feel like all of the rules for this server are 100% for the sake of the server and it's participants, so they all appeal to me greatly, but the one that stands out the best is probably the section on humility.
Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
A now grown man stands at the gates of Stormwind, a somber look on his face, yet he holds his head high. This part of his life was going to be different; unstable and dangerous, not what he was used to. He had finished training in the cathedral with the more experienced Paladins and was about to begin his own journey. He knew not where it was going to take him, what he'd do when he got there, or how he would survive with but a few silver in his pockets...but he knew he would. By the Light he could tell this is what he was meant to do. Now more than ever he felt like he was on the right path.
As he left Stormwind's gates behind him, the wind caught his hair and a tear left his face, trailing behind him. He knew this was right, but he would miss them...all of them. But this is what he must do. Set off for the greater good and to help those who would otherwise be unhelped.
