I wanted to ask something and didn't know where to put it, so I place it here in General, feel free to move it if you see it more appropriate elsewhere.
My question is this:
Can a Blood Elf become a soldier for the Steamwheedle Cartel and become a Sniper serving in Everlook?
And if so, can the said Blood Elf leave it and return to Silvermoon?

Nobody leaves the Cartel alive. And why the hell would a Blood Elf ever resort to the Cartel?

It's possible to leave the Cartel, if you were some no-name scrub.. But if you were deep in, they'd have problems letting someone out because they could become a liability. I'm gonna have to ask you a question to answer yours: By soldier, you mean mercenary?

Why would a Blood Elf resort to the cartel?
Running away after she was denied fighting in the third war since she was not trained officially as a soldier.

And By soldier for the Cartel I mean something like a merc, since she worked only for money, but she worked -only- for the cartel.

[just two sucked up reasons I just made. reasons may vary depends on whether it is possible or not.]

The Cartel is open to any race, and any race has the potential to be open to Cartel. To me, that's sort of like saying "How the hell could a Draenei be a Deathknight?".

A caveat, perhaps...

A mercenary? Yes.
A sniper? Yes.
A mercenary or sniper empowered as a guard? No.

Feel free to play as a Steamwheedle Cartel-employed soldier, but I don't think it will give you any special privileges in the city (i.e., arresting people, killing with impunity, ejecting people from the city, etc.).

There are Cartel snipers as guards in Gadgetzan. HOWEVER, this goes against our players playing guards policy, even if it is Cartel.
