First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player:
Well im usually called merthurie. even though i have many different characters, im nice to everybody and i have been RPing for a few months now and i started out RPing on Ani-WoW and never had any complaints about my ability to role-play there.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?:
I come from the United States of America and my primary language is english.
How did you get into Warcraft?:
Well the first time i saw it i was at my cousins and he was playing with some gnome and i asked him what game it was and he told me it was a new game called world of warcraft ( this was about 4 years ago) and so he let me play around on his lvl 60 gnome warrior. then after that i went to hastings and bought the game and have been playing since then.
What made you seek our server over others?: I have been searching for a good role-play server since ani-wow shut down about a month or two ago. and i finally came across this one and decided it looks like s good server for RP.
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I like to be kind of a neutral character most of the time but every now and then ill join a fight just to protect the city im in or something i beleive in or if a friend is fighting.
What is your favorite race/class? Why?: its a toss up between undead warlocks and tauren shamans because it is what i have RP'ed with since i started RP'ing.
What are your expectations of this server?: I expect it to just in general have a good community with active gm's and a minimal of godmoding
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
The no godmoding rule. there is nothing i hate more than godmoders.
Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!: Well, one day there was a human mage that was loved by all of stormwind. until one day he came across a book in the great library called "The Basics of the Shadow" so he began to read and was particularly interested in summing demons and imps to do his bidding so every day he practiced and practiced until he thought he could handle the power of the shadows but he was wrong. on the 21st of december he drew himself a summoning circle and began chanting the sacred summoning words and as the room started to grow a bright purple color there was a flash and then there stood a doom guard. But little known by merthuries limited knowledge he didnt know how to control this doomguard and as he was standing up the doomguard jumped on him pinning him to the ground and biting and slashing at his face so merthurie started screaming and yelling for help ,catching the ear of his best friend krule, so krule ran in and immediatly his jaw dropped as he saw what was occuring in front of him so he immediatly jumped to a spell and as he started to chat it the whole room exploded because he miss pronounced a word and killing everybody in the room including merthurie dropped to his knees and there Krule, merthurie and the doomguard all died.........(20 years later) Merthurie being dead for 20 years now was beginning to wonder why he was all the sudden breathing again and as he looked around he realized he was surounded by a bunch of walking skeletons and as he looked around he looked down at himself and realized he was a skeleton and almost feinted when he saw this so a kindly looking undead with robes on came up to him and told him about his death and what he is now....Methurie extremely confused began to run and he ran until he reached a zeppelin near lordaeron and hopped on it and ended up in orgrimmar were he has spent most of his life researching shadow magics and taking care of the city from users of the shadows that intend to do harm.
(I'm not a good storyteller and yeah i know my spelling isn't so great but i'm in a hurry because its my step-moms birthday and i'm trying to write and talk to my family at the same time, but i do have a very active imagination)
Is there anything else you would like to add, ask, or otherwise clarify?:
Well i see this is pretty much the only 3.2.2 RP server i have seen for the past few weeks that works so i am happy i found it.
