First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player.:
Me as a player? That's a good one! I'm twenty-one And I'm brand new to role playing for WoW.
I've done a bit of role playing for various other games when I was younger like D&D about 6 years ago. I've always enjoyed the feel of role playing since you get to be the character you play instead of the bland running into a mob & slicing up everything & leveling style. Actually role playing into a character has a much greater appeal in my honest opinion for so many reasons. For one, I write short stories so I find RP that much more appealing since I get into the characters I write, as I can with RP. RP also provides that ability to be a person rather then just a pixeled character on a WoW server.
I'm planning on attending college this spring or summer for game software development, what can I say I love my computers & especially love my computer games.
What country do you come from? What is your primary language?
I can proudly say I'm from the Unites States of America! Upper Midwest to be exact. I only speak English, so no worries folks.
How did you get into Warcraft?:
An old friend introduced me to WoW 4 years ago, I played retail off & on for the first 3 years, nothing hardcore or often. I was introduced to private WoW servers by a friend who I played FPS games in a military realism unit. Once on private servers, I got much more heavily into WoW, I'll be honest & admit I was even addicted for the first few months. Then I met Kilthilanos, we played PvP for a long time, then yesterday we started discussing RP for WoW, it instantly grabbed my attention & we discussed for a good while & I was hooked. Here I am. The rest of the story is still to be written.
What made you seek our server over others?:
I was referred to this server by a new member of yours, Kilthilanos. Great guy in my humble opinion. He's the one who's introduced me to role playing for WoW yesterday. I read the policies & other provided documentation for this server & it blew my mind, it was perfect, everything was clear cut & laid out, no loop holes or bogus rules like many other RP & PvP servers have. You folks appear to have a Grade A server, good job!
What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I'll be trying a bit of everything to get a feel for how each type of role play here carries itself. But more then likely I'll end up action, maybe scout or package deliver since I've always found the mail & information runners from the American revolutionary war to have been an exciting & adventurous line of work back in those days. I envy them.
What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
Like I mentioned I'm brand new to role playing on wow, so I'll need to experiment a bit to figure out what my preference will be. I'll more then likely choose blood elf since I'll want to play & learn with my friend, Kilthilanos.
What are your expectations of this server?:
Premium role playing experiences with almost limitless possibilities. The ability to live out my character & enjoy, experience & learn about WoW more then I ever have before.
Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
All of the rules, I have a gut feeling this server actually has control over it's players & they won't be running around yelling at GMs or badgering other players for no reason or just flat out outrageous immature behavior in general that is sadly found on so many other servers.
