Paradox`s Introduction
#1
First and foremost: Tell us about yourself, as a player.:
Why hello thar! You can call me Paradox if you wish.

I'm a natural gamer, I'll play anything as long as it's decent. I'm also a very imaginative person, often writing stories and RPing.

Right now, I'm in college and pretty much enjoying life. Also, I like to make funny noises in public just because I can.

A few people call me strange/weird/bizarre etc. Although a lot of people say I'm also nice and friendly, although shy. I guess that makes me a lawful good person in reality.

What country do you come from? What is your primary language?
I'm a human from a city near the sea in England. It's a fun place, I guess.

How did you get into Warcraft?:
I had this friend who played WoW often, although back then I didn't take any interest in it. It wasn't until he asked me to play that I did. At first, I played just whenever he needed me - as I didn't know much about the Warcraft series, but I noticed that there were RP servers on the game. This sparked my interest, as I had RPed many times before, so I thought I'd give it a try and created a character on that server. (Earthen Ring EU if anyone else played it)

As my friend began to drift away from the game, I began to play my character on the RP server more and more. Suddenly I found myself randomly reading up on the lore of Warcraft whenever I was bored and finally got into the Warcraft series as a whole.

What made you seek our server over others?:
The community as a whole seems so together and so tight, yet active at the same time. I like the sense of an actual community. Also, the rules and the overall work put into the server appeal to me.

What kinds of roleplay do you enjoy?:
I enjoy any kind of roleplay, as long as it makes sense and isn't icky. I mostly like long and drawn out roleplays, such as extended storylines and plots

I also enjoy small group RPs, such as relaxing in a tavern. It's enjoyable and nice to do. I do enjoy a bit of action or large events, however. But who doesn't.

What is your favorite race/class? Why?:
I enjoy magical classes, such as mages and warlocks. I also enjoy more peaceful and spiritual classes such as Druids and Shaman.

As for races, I enjoy the Draenei, Tauren and Gnomes. Draenei have an aura of mystery, sadness and hope to them which I like.

What are your expectations of this server?:
Good roleplay, good people and... fun!

Out of all of our rules and regulations listed on our server, which appeals to you the most?:
Respect. I believe courtesy should be given to those around you and that people should be respectful of other's opinions, thoughts, beliefs, religion, sexuality etc. even if they disagree with it.

Also, the godmodding rule. The vampire night elf Illidan daughters and the gnomes pretending to be baby humans make me a sad panda.

Lastly, tell us a story! It can be short, it can be long; but most importantly, we want to see your work in action. Go!:
I guess I'll use part of a story that I wrote if that's okay.

Today was rather peaceful, for once. The skies were hidden in between the dusty clouds, as the atmosphere around the village was silent and cold. The trees stood still as if they were frozen by the cold itself, snow slightly dropping off their light branches.

Today was the day. It was winter and Creidus was going to leave to visit his parents, which meant he had to leave the village. It was during the winter season and he recently received a letter speaking of a family gathering at their home. They hadn't seen their young son for a while and he wanted to impress them, in a way he wanted to show off... never would they imagine the accomplishments he achieved. He said his goodbyes to his friends and sighed, the cold winter breath escaping from him. He knew he'd miss his friends whilst he was away. Ironically, they were practically his new family.

Sounds of footsteps would be heard, as he walked through the village. A green travelling bag, quite common, was attached to his back. It was the objects inside could not be discerned by looking from it on the outside. However, it was obvious that quite a few things were inside the pack.

As the man approached his destination, he slightly nodded to the people standing at the area. A gate opened, and he walked through- leaving the village.

Is there anything else you would like to add, ask, or otherwise clarify?:
