Just to note, I'm finally able to have a bit more control over the direction of the CotH subdomains and where exactly they point to (ie, the DNS zones). Therefore, I was able to get logon.conquestofthehorde.com working! Feel free to use it in place of coth.game-host.org if you wish. Either will still work, but this may change in the future.
